Queer Town is launching QT CHATS, a free webinar series for human resources and diversity, equity and inclusion professionals. Hosted by Queer Town’s Founder, CEO, and Lead Educator, Archie Beetle (they/them), these sessions dive into the nitty-gritty of workplace inclusion, with a focus on LGBTIQA+ experiences, sharing real-world insights from the lived expertise of our team, our community, our projects and our partners.

In honour of Trans Awareness Month this November, our first chat features Abbey Gladysz (she/her), Group Head of Corporate Services at Novatti, a close partner of Queer Town’s. Together, Archie and Abbey will unpack how Queer Town partnered with this global software company to create an inclusive workplace culture for their trans and gender-diverse employees.

From developing tailored training programs, to updating policies, to leadership consultation, they’ll explore the challenges, successes, and practical steps that helped Novatti to successfully support a team member transition in the workplace.
